Repeating the employee survey on a regular basis allows you to track and monitor progress.

The frequency with which you survey is dependent on many things. Most organisations and workplaces however are subject to near continual change. Even the most stable and productive environments can quickly change. We therefore recommended regular surveys.

Between a full census survey, it can be useful to track developments, especially in areas highlighted for attention and /or are of strategic importance.

Tracking surveys can be done by random sampling of representative groups to measure how well change is being implemented and gauge the impact on employee engagement.

We encourage clients to measure the success of their full survey programme not only by seeing if employee engagement improves, but also in harder measures such as retention, customer service and operational efficiencies.
