Engage

We work with you to engage all levels of your organisation in the employee survey process.

At the start of every assignment, to determine survey strategy, we work with you to understand what you want to achieve from the survey. For example is it a measure of employee satisfaction or engagement that you require? Or are you interested in understanding the prevailing culture and how it helps or hinders organisational performance?

In most cases we identify a number of survey aims that need to be taken into account. Secondly we take time to understand the business strategy so that the survey addresses the needs of the business as well as those of the employees. We will also advise and assist implementation of a communication plan to explain the process to employees and to encourage participation. The final part of this stage is ensuring that the survey has the high level sponsorship needed to ensure that it is supported before, during and after the survey.
